Paper Submission

For every accepted abstract, please submit a full paper with a maximum of eight (8) pages following the guidelines given below. You cannot submit a paper until the abstract has been reviewed and accepted. All papers will be peer reviewed anonymously by two members of the International Scientific Committee (ISC). A paper will be accepted if both reviewers recommend acceptance. If one of the reviewers rejects a paper, a third ISC member will review the paper to reach the final decision.

Guidelines:

1. Make sure to check spelling, grammar, all text and figures before submitting your "Full Paper" using the online system.
2. Eliminate any references that are commercial and/or product advertisement.
3. Maximum paper length is eight (8) pages.
4. Each registered author or co-author may present a maximum of two papers.
5. Each presenting author must be registered to attend the conference.
6. Any or all co-authors are encouraged to register and attend the conference.

FAQ 1: HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PAPER, AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY PAPER?

Step 1: First you must Upload a Word 2003 file of your paper, following the link provided in your Abstract Accepted Notification e-mail. You should have received this in early February 2010. Please Email IAQVEC2010@syr.edu in case you cannot find your Abstract Accepted Notification e-mail.

Step 2: Your paper will be peer-reviewed by two members of the International Scientific Committee (ISC). It will be accepted if both reviewers recommend acceptance. If one of the reviewers rejects the paper, a third ISC member will review the paper to reach the final decision.

Step 3: You will receive an email from the IAQVEC2010 Secretary for Technical Program by May 15, 2010 regarding the review outcome: “accept as is”, “accept with revisions”, or “do not accept”. If the paper needs revision, please submit the revised paper by May 30, 2010.

Step 4: IAQVEC2010 secretary will confirm with you by Email if your paper is Final by June 15, 2010.

NOTE: It is imperative that all Final Papers are received by IAQVEC2010 no later than June 15, 2010 in final format for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
