Poster Presentation Guidelines
General
- All posters must be in English.
- Poster author or co-author must be present at the session where their poster is listed.
- Poster titles and presenting author name will be read out by the Session Chair after all oral presentations are concluded. Session Chair will state where the poster is available for viewing as well.
- Posters will be on display in a designated area. Poster presenters should be present during the dedicated "Poster Presentations and Viewing" session.
- "Best Poster" awards will be given at the closing ceremony.
Poster Preparation
- Maximum size of the poster is 48 inches high by 36 inches wide [122cm by 91cm]
- Each poster must clearly show the Paper # that refers to your paper manuscript.
- Prepare your poster text and figures so they are readable from 5 feet [approximately 1.5 meters]
- Show introduction, brief description of the research methods, significant results and conclusions.
- Show graphs, tables, and pictures with titles or captions.
- Include clear space between sections or figures to make poster easily readable.

Poster Set-up and Display
- After acceptance of your poster, you will be provided with a poster display location identifier. Bring your completed poster to the Poster Display Room at Shine Student Center. Hang your poster at the assigned location according to your identifier. A layout map of the Poster Display Room will be published in the program.
- IAQVEC2010 will provide poster backing board. Bring your poster, rolled-up or in a tube.
- Your poster should be on display as early as possible, preferably starting on Sunday. The poster must be on display before the date/time of the session in which your poster is scheduled.
- Posters will be on display during the entire duration of the conference. We request that you register and display your poster as soon as possible.
- You must collect your poster before the Closing Ceremony. Any uncollected poster will be discarded.
